Jade has been involved in the hip hop culture for over 10 years and started breaking when she was 16 under guidance from B-Girl Firefly where she resides from in Yorkshire. She has since been involved with breaking crews Wicked Wayz, Unknown Element and Plan Zero as well as training individually as a b-girl in workshops with b-boys Ken Swift, Storm, Pervez, Dolby D and Mouse.
She graduated with a BA Hons in Dance and Culture from Surrey University in 2007 and has since taught in over 200 schools, community centres, PRU centres and youth clubs around the country and abroad.
Teaching credits include Move It, Royal Academy of Dance, Greenwich Dance, Laban Centre, Essex Dance, Thompsons Holidays, BBC Blast and Big Dance.
She is currently the Hip Hop Dance Development Officer for the Royal Academy of Dance - Step into Dance Program and organises breaking battles and mixed style crews battle for young people around London as well as delivering teacher training sessions.
Her training focuses on parkour, free running and breaking with a means to develop a movement therapy program to better, inspire and heal the mind through the body.
