Breakin’ Convention UK Tour 2017

Fixed term position

Founded by Jonzi D, Breakin’ Convention is at the vanguard of the global development of the hip hop theatre genre.

We play a pivotal role through our international festivals, professional development programmes for dancers and emcees, and engagement projects with young people. The next five years will see the strategic planning and delivery of a new cultural centre for hip hop which will be part of Sadler's Wells’ new venue in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.

We are looking for a Company Manager to support, coordinate and manage the company on tour.

You will be highly organised and numerate, with good communication skills and confidence in handling company logistics on tour. Previous experience working as a Company Manager with touring companies is essential.

Stage Manager, Breakin’ Convention

The next five years will see the strategic planning and delivery of a new cultural centre for hip hop which will be part of Sadler's Wells’ new venue in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.

We are looking for a Stage Manager to help present Breakin’ Convention Festival 2017 to audiences at Sadler’s Wells and across the U.K on tour.

You will have a flexible attitude, good communication skills, and experience working with touring companies. You will also be able to manage budgets, logistics and travel on tour. Previous experience of Stage Management and staging productions in varied venues is essential.
